Secure FTP on Solaris

Greetings Managers,

I've looked everywhere to find any documentation on setting up PGP FTP
servers. I'm looking to setup a public ftp server for real users (not anonymous) in
which all files are encrypted/decrypted and signed via public & private key.

Also, any known solutions besides PGP?

Please direct me to any resources that might be helpful..
