Sun Solaris 5.10 with Sun Blade 1000 reports "Fatal Error reported by : (cpu0)

Running Solaris 5.10 + all latest patches on a Sun Blade Workstation 1000,
reports "Fatal Error reported by :
(cpu0)" on boot up.

System has all patches applied and have tried replacing cpu to a known good
cpu - still reports problem.
