Sun Solaris 7 Limitation Of IDE hdd

I am having an Ultra 10 Machine with OBP version 3.29
Solaris 7 is installed with 20 GB HDD
Now i have fixed two another HDD of 40 GB but It's showing only 5.77 Gb in Format .
on another Ultra 10 having the solaris 8 is showing the HDD to it's full capacity i.e. 40 GB
I Don't remember the Entries to be write in some file in /usr/.....
after that it will show the hdd to it's full capacity.
also there is some script also which some one is saying .
I need it's solution urgently.will some body help me out from this problem .
