Ultra AXi mobo

powering up the keyboard lights flash once & the usual beep is heard,there
is no progress after that, the system doesnt start the diag process &
nothing is outputed to the display or serial console.
I think the mobo is a 3rd party clone of a ultra axi board as the board is
labelled MB-ULTRAII i18 with the sun ref 270-4559-04
any ideas where i could track down some more info on the mobo?
