pty's on sunray servers

I am running out of pty's.
We are running TSOL 8 HW 12/02 with SunRay 2.0.
According to Sun Docs, Solaris 8 and above dynamically assigns pty's as
needed.
Does SunRay SW change this behavior, and if so what are my options to
increase the amount?
