snmpget error strange problem

My snmpwalk is working.When i type snmpget command
# snmpget -c public gbssun snmpOutTraps.0
May 21 16:51:45 gbssun last message repeated 5 times
May 21 16:53:40 gbssun /usr/lib/snmp/snmpdx: error while receiving a pdu from
gbssun.32832: The message has a wrong version (3)
snmpget: Timeout
Why i am getting timeout error please helpme in this
