Opinion on Terix service needed

We're considering independent company called Terix
(http://www.terixcomputer.com/)
for our Sun support needs as alternative to direct Sun support.
I'm interested in good/bad experience and opinions from people who worked
with them.
Mostly, I'm concerned about hardware support (replacement via mail and
on-site) and less about software expertise of their engineers.
