Thanks for everybody who responded, here is the list:

Christopher L. Barnard

Marco Greene

Peter Laws

David Staggs

Sean Quaint

The response was that it could be the bad battery in the NVRAM.

Marco Green pointed me to sun-nvram-hostid.faq which available at:

   * ftp://ftp.mindlink.net/pub/crypto/sun-stuff/sun-nvram-hostid.faq

   * http://www.squirrel.com/squirrel/sun-nvram-hostid.faq

This faq answers every questions I had and I should be able to solve my

problem, thanks!
