Sun Storage and Configuring Out-of-BandManagement Over Ethernet

Hello,

Has anyone setup Out-of-BandManagement Over Ethernet without a hub. I
would prefer to directly attach to one of the NIC's on a private
192.168 network, this is for a firmware upgrade. I know this is
configured connecting via a hub to the network, but could I connect a
cross-over cable from the 3510 to theserver directly?
