format command print "<drive type unknown>"

Hi, Gurus

I have the Ultra-60 based the solaris 10. It has two internal-disks.
But, format command display that drive type unknown.

I try setting disk type using option type. But I do no have known DISK
information.

It is disk information :
Seagate ST39102LC

any IDEA?
