SUN to EMC Configuration

Need your help to solve my problem :
Here is the information of SunFire E6900 configuration connection to EMC Symmetrix 8530 :

- SAN 4.4
- Veritas Volume Manager 3.5
- Sun MPxIO enable
- Sun Cluster 3.1 Update 1 (SC3.1_U1)
- Patch 112233-12 SunOS 5.9: Kernel Patch (installed)
- Patch 117171-05 SunOS 5.9: Kernel Patch (installed)
- Patch 113801-12 Sun Cluster 3.1: Core/Sys Admin Patch (installed)
- Patch 112834-03 SunOS 5.9: patch scsi (installed)
- Patch 113277-24 SunOS 5.9: st, sd and ssd Patch (installed)
Hardware :
- Fiber Channel HBA : SG-XPCI1FC-QF2 ( X6767A ) FCode : 1.14.09 (4 card)
SC command to register the device :
- scdidadm -r
Result after scdidadm -r :
- Segmentation Fault - Core dumped
Any has the same experience of this issue ?
How to solve this problem : Segmentation Fault - Core dumped
