Oracle startup shutdown scripts

I am creating oracle startup and shutdown scripts for
oracle 9i - on a solaris 8 (sparc) env.
My question is:
Do i need to create shutdown scripts in all of the 3 below:
/etc/rc0.d/K20oracle
/etc/rc1.d/K20oracle
/etc/rcS.d/K20oracle
or need i just create it in any one of the above?
Also the same for shutting down the listner. Can i just put
one shutdown in say rc2.d?
