Boot load failed : The file just loaded does not appear to be executable

Hi all.

We have an Ultra 1 on which someone issued the following command in /
mv *.html *

This caused the machine to hang and a reboot was done. When the machine
came up, the screen shows the following error:

Boot load failed
The file just loaded does not appear to be executable.
