Admin tools and DiskSuite4.2.1

I have just installed DiskSuite4.2.1 on my box running
Solaris 8.
1. There's no /opt/SUNWmd directory anymore. I found
metatools in /usr/sbin. Is there something wrong here?
2. When I try to launch Disk Manager or Filesystem
manager within metatools, I got a message saying I
need to have SUNWadm installed first. Can any one tell
me where I can find this package? I searched my
Solaris 8 disk collection with no luck
