OS 8

Sun recommends to fresh install of OS 8 rather than upgrading OS 2.6 to 2.8,
Does any body had any difficulties upgrading the OS to OS8, also i didn't
see any good doucmentation upgrading solaris 2.6 to 2.8.
any thoughts or suggestions are highly appreciated
