I have a SPARCserver 1000 with Solaris 7. It has a CD-ROM drive. After few
second the cd disk (for example, the installation disk) is inserted into
the unid, is EJECTED, the volume management 'vold' is stoped, and if I wat
to list the content of root directory (ls -l /) is diaplay the following
messages

NFS server for volume management (/vol) not responding still trying

The deamon nfsd is active.
If I start vold manualy, it down inmediately.

After the disk is ejected, the CDROM drive is freezing, I can't insert
again the disk. I need to reboot the machine.
