3 tape drives on 1 scsi bus

The method is to edit the kernel configuration file. Go to the lines
defining the 8 scsi devices. The default is for only 2 of these to
be tapes. Change one of the other lines, that defines a disk, to
that of another tape drive [call it st2, say]. Of course, the entry
that you change must not refer to a disk that is already physically
attached to the bus! Then rebuild the kernel and reboot.
