Sun V440 vs V480 performance doc

Im buying a new server to run oracle 9i on solaris 8.
I want to get either a V440 or V480 with 4 x 1.2ghz cpus and 16gb ram, it
will be attached to SAN disks.
Is there any documentation on how much faster the V480 would be than the
V440, since it has the cpus with more cache?
