NFS server does not work after reconfiguring the machine (sys-unconfig)
2007-12-24 22:15:00
after reconfiguring our Solaris 8 machine the nfs server does not come
up anymore. We have created the following link:
ln -s /etc/init.d/nfs.server /etc/rc2.d/S99nfs.server
While booting the system logs as follows:
Nihongo Multi Client Server (Wnn6 R2.34)

The system is ready.
Our /etc/dfs/dfstab file looks as follows:
share -F nfs -d "home dirs" /home
Not sure what this means. However, clients cannot access /home. Any idea?
Thanks a lot,
Andreas
