Solstice Adminsuite & NIS Problem

I'm having a problem with Solstice Adminsuite after I moved a NIS+
server to a NIS server. I dumped all the NIS+ file to the /etc/nis
directory. Used the basic /etc/nsswitch.nis file which I copied to
/etc/nsswitch.conf. Changed the /var/yp/Makefile to reflect DIR=/etc/nis
and PWDIR =/etc/nis.

After the switch when I run Solstice and select NIS in the users
panel for instance I only get what listed in the /etc/passwd file not
/etc/nis/passwd
