OT: convert MMDF mailboxes into mbox-format

sorry for being Off-Topic, but I don't want to reinvent the wheel.
Does anybody have a script to convert MMDF mailboxes
(those with CTRL-A as separators) into mbox-Format ("\nFrom " as separators) ?
