Reg Cut command

Hi All,

I would like to know how to use the "cut" command in
Soalris to extract a particular string of a file and
copy the contents to a different file.

pmsInitializeCall [NEWCALL - SS7] CSA=132
SessionID=041216092636100132 Current trunk is SS7
<12/16/04 09:26:36>[host1.0]xlppmsInitializeCall
[NEWCALL - SS7] CSA=132 SessionID=041216092636100133
Copying SS7 IAM data done

In the above passage there are two SessionID numbers.
Is it possible to use the cut command to take all teh
SessionID="number" and print in the file.

CAn any one help me how to do this.
