Solstice Backup utility 5.1.1

Hi
we hv purchased the following:
Netra m/c -6nos
Ultra 5 -2nos
Terminal concentrator -2nos.
Solaris 8 10/00 media kit.
we hv got the enabler code for Solstice data backup utility 5.1.1, but we hv
not receieved the Solstice backup software . and as per sun site Solstice
backup should be present in Easy access server pack.
Kindly help me in procuring the Solstice backup sofware.
