OT: Network Problem, repeated Broadcast

This is slightly off-topic, but is happening on a network with his Solaris
machines and so i feel, is pertinent to the list.
I have a network with some 45-50 hosts and about 10 of them are constantly
making ARP requests to broadcast for a particular IP address of a host
that is not used anymore(is disconnected from the network)
Is there a way that i can figure out which process id is causing this ARP
request. These requests are continuous.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
