Solstice Disk Suite - removing initial state databases

I am currrently trying ( in vain ) to remove an initial state database I
created to start the process of making a mirrored disk set. The details as
follows:-
SunOS XXXX 5.8 Generic sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-60
metadb
flags first blk block count
a m pc luo 16 1034 /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s6
a pc luo 1050 1034 /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s6
a pc luo 2084 1034 /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s6
Can anyone tell me how to remove these entries so that I can start from
scratch and build the mirror ? I used the metaclear command but that does
not seem to have done much for me.
All advice is greatly appreciated.
