OT: starting HylaFAX

If anyone has any insight and the time, I could use a bit of assistance.

The pkgadd, faxsetup and faxaddmodem all ran without errors (in the end), but
I'm getting the same message and I'm stumped.

# faxmodem /dev/ttyb
FIFO: open: No such device or address
