Idle process killer utility

A couple reccommended "idled" &

one suggested the "untamo" package at ftp.cc.purdue.edu.

If you are using ksh, you can set TMOUT to the desired value in seconds.

Since we're using ksh, I took the easiest choice of doing

TMOUT=7200; export TMOUT
