Reg Mirroring

I am using a sun solaris 7 server with the HDD
mirrored using disk suite.
Suddenly due to some reason ld.so.1 got corrupted and
so had to
1. commented out the line
rootdev:/pseudo/md at 0:0,0,blk in /etc/system.
2. update the /etc/vfstab and change the entry for
/dev/md/dsk/d0 back to /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 and reboot
the system.
Now the system is up and running. I need to put back
the mirroring.
Can any one let me know what is teh best practice from
this situation to put back the mirroring.
P S: Now the system is running in only one HDD. So the
second HDD is not in sync with the first one.
