Idle users getting hung

sessions hang and/or getting their connections dropped.
3 of these boxes were installed by outside consultants, and all 4 have a new
network setup with a different router/firewall setup that our other boxes. I
have some other boxes (4 220's and 4 420s) that I installed and they are
working fine. I can fire up a dozen telnet sessions from my workstations
going to different boxes. I go to lunch, come back, and only those 4 boxes
are hung. It's also happening to some remote users that are telnetting into
these boxes.
In there some place in Solaris to specify an idle-timeout ?
I'm leaning toward something being different on the network side myself.
