Solaris 10 en_US.UTF-8 locale

Solaris 10 doesn't install en_US.UTF-8 by default as in Solaris 8 and I
need to install post installation. I cant find out how/where to get it
to install. Its not on the language CD. Anybody know how/where to
install this from?
