Xkernel using MAGIC-COOKIE

Sorry for the delay, I've been working on this for a while.

Basically, I needed a good R5 Xsun (which I didn't have) and use

the -query (or -indirect) flag to get XDMCP running on my Xserver.

Also a new copy (post-1.4) of Xkernel helped alot too.
